We are looking for RPA Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst to join our globally expanding operations.
Location – Pune
What we would like you to do –
- Interface directly with the client on daily basis
- Manage end to end Project/Program Lifecycle
- Act as a SPOC for customers, Project Teams, Leadership and administration
- Manage team of developers and Business Analysts
- Track Work status, prepare dashboards and provide insightful solutions to day to day operational challenges
- Train, groom and actively mentor new hires on process, development and frameworks
- Run workshops with client SMEs to understand the end to end process
- Identify any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
- Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates
- Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process
- Provide outputs for weekly due diligence updates with the client
- Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process
- Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development
Our ideal candidate profile –
- Prior Working knowledge on RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI path etc
- Must be able to provide suggestions for the improvement of existing process and design to-be flows
- Act as a catalyst in understanding / appreciating user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements (Business requirement docs, functional specs) to the RPA development team
- Ability to conceptualize and an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Coaching, leading and motivating skill
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Should have Business Process Design/ Mapping Skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge is good to have
